Returns:

• You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging.

• Email us with your order number to initiate a return.

Refunds:

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.

Non-returnable items:

• Opened tobacco/smoking products

• Clearance or final sale items
